    Mission standards

    The 12 Voyager Principles

How Voyagers decide, deliver, recover, and win together when the mission matters.

    1. Challenge coin for Hyper-Competitive and Loyal01
      Hyper-Competitive & Loyal

We are hyper-competitive and loyal. We sacrifice ourselves for the team's glory. We fly the Voyager flag.

    2. Challenge coin for Say It. Do It.02
      Say It. Do It.

We say what we are going to do, and then we do what we said we were going to do.

    3. Challenge coin for Demand Clarity03
      Demand Clarity

We pin hand wavers down and demand clarity. What? By when? How?

    4. Challenge coin for Drive Momentum04
      Drive Momentum

We are not the bottleneck. We ask: what is the next action? How do we go faster?

    5. Challenge coin for Own Deadlines05
      Own Deadlines

We never let a deadline come and go without finishing or checking in to adjust.

    6. Challenge coin for Be Accountable06
      Be Accountable

Bad news travels at the same speed as good news. We fess up and own our mistakes.

    7. Challenge coin for Push Boundaries07
      Push Boundaries

We push boundaries and take calculated risks. Not making mistakes means not making decisions.

    8. Challenge coin for Stay Positive08
      Stay Positive

We have proper temperament. We never complain, never make excuses, always positive.

    9. Challenge coin for Push Through Obstacles09
      Push Through Obstacles

If we encounter an obstacle: around it, over it, under it, or chin down and through it.

    10. Challenge coin for Call Teammates10
      Call Teammates

If we have an issue, we call our teammates to the foxhole, not a consultant.

    11. Challenge coin for Embrace Humor11
      Embrace Humor

Remember humor helps when under stress. Make a few jokes once in a while.

    12. Challenge coin for Hire A Players12
      Hire A Players

Whoever has the best people, has the best company. A players hire A players and work harder than everyone else.
